Terms of Service

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in your itinerary proposal. RedKnot Tours reserves the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via bank transfer and secure online payment gateways.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Balance: Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
• Late Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment immediately.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed based on the timeline of cancellation relative to your arrival date. Specific cancellation tiers will be provided in your booking confirmation invoice.

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports (with at least 6 months validity), visas, and travel insurance. RedKnot Tours is not liable for issues arising from incomplete travel documentation.

RedKnot Tours acts as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (hotels, transport, activities). We are not liable for acts of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or flight cancellations that may affect your tour.

While we make every effort to execute the itinerary as planned, we reserve the right to modify routes or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
